Tilal Properties initiated the ambitious Tilal City Masterplan project in Al Tay Suburb, Sharjah, UAE, seeking a reliable partner to realize their grand vision. Thus, our journey with Tilal City began. Envisioned as a sprawling community spanning 25 million square feet, Tilal City was designed to incorporate residential, retail, leisure, and living facilities. The project entailed extensive infrastructure in Sharjah, including sewage, electrical, gas, irrigation, and stormwater networks. Its vast scale and complexity presented significant challenges, necessitating the expertise and resources of machinery for infrastructure development.
